So I heard that Disney used to make good movies...

What is your favorite Disney opening?

I'm going to have to go with "Bells of Notre Dame" from "Hunchback of Notre Dame"

Followed closely by the Lion King

What be yours?

And also talk about how kids these days (with their gamestation360's and their PSI's and their Guitar Haloes and their rocks....) don't know what classic Disney be all about.

Dude, the whole damn soundtrack to Hunchback of Notre Dame is win. Seriously, I haven't watched the movie in years, but I've watched several scenes on YouTube. "Bells of Notre Dame", "Court of Miracles", and especially "Hellfire" are all awesome. I remember that I actually loved The Dark Cauldron, but it apparently took Adaptation Decay up to eleven.

Disney always sucked, they just suck even more now. This would be a good time for an analogy to help you kids understand that just because something bad's better than something terrible doesn't mean it's good, but the one here is too good of an example of this to be compared to anything else.

Superheroes and extremely pixelated 2D Video Games are where it's at.

I disagree.

New Disney sucks and the transition from Old to New Disney sucked. But Disney has some good movies. Not HSM3' date=' because that sucks balls. More like Lion King.

Oh please.

Even Jeremy Irons' chocolaty voice that resounds from everywhere but nowhere all at once wasn't enough to remedy that sentimental moralizing piece of shit. That's how bad it was. And of course they just kill off Jeremy Irons anyway because he's unquestionably "a bad guy" and Simba's who we're supposed to be rooting for, because why would we want anything to get in the way of "you just gotta believe" and "imagination."

*Vomits*.
