Exiro Posted October 11, 2009 Report Share Posted October 11, 2009 YCM, wake up. Level Stealer sucks in Monarchs. It only allows you to summon a Monarchs when you already have one on the field. You'd want to safe that Monarch for when you actually need it, unless you're going for an OTK (and Monarch decks aren't exactly the decks that love OTKs). Only use it for cards that need 2 or more tributes. And what to you want to bet that Konami kills it :/ This is it's offical real effect bro.
