The pics are vivid and funny, so you don't have to understand the japanese language they narrate in to laugh. I can't remember the name, but that's because it was in jap. lettering. There were about 6 issues that lasted about 6 min. I think. They were cute, funny, and nice to look at. Now if someone can only translate it...
