Also, the reason why 2/3 Leaders have to accept an individual is because we TRY to have some SEMBLANCE of care about who is in the club. We have standards here. Anyway, I still don't see why it can't just be one or the other, but I CAN see that you try to be selective, as to only accept the elite, so to speak. You must be up to par with at least Two Leaders to join... unfortunately for them, only me and Senpai are here, usually, and we are a bit tougher than PHantom is.
