iCherry
Probably because Japanese Lyrics just fit with most songs. Even though you can't understand them. I look at some Japanese to English lyrics and just feel silly listening to them. Of course, the singer for Simple and Clean/Sanctuary did good though. Forgot her name. Blake
.... I forgot too... I think her name started with a U... at least one of them... and she also sang Sanctuary, at least in English. The Lyrics are often meaningful... then there are the stupid ones, like the one about sitting order....
iCherry
Utada or something? Sitting order? What song was this? Also, I heard/read that the singer for Sanctuary actually reversed words in part of the lyrics or something. I need to check. Blake
Hikaru Utada... I think... I dunno. I saw 2 versions - One with the Akatsuki, and one with Death Note. It's a real song turned into a Meme. Really? That's interesting. There's a scene in the Pokemon dub with James inside of weepinbell from the waist up. What he says is "Leo burnett and 4kids are the devil", but it is reversed.
iCherry
Something from Kingdom Hearts turned into a meme?...Why can't I think of a witty line for this? Did he really say that?

Sploda
VGM music is repetative so I can't listen to it for long. It's alright I guess.
Blake
SAme here. Plus, music became something I was obsessed with when a band called "Skillet" graced my ears. Meaningful music that helped me thorugh many hard times, and still does.
Zexaeon
Japanese music is good in general simply because of quality. Musicians in Japan typically know how to actually sing. Whereas all I hear lately in America are talentless hacks that Teens and tweens seem to be obsessed with. Then there's the musical quality, the lyrical quality, and the general melodies. Also, her name is Utada Hikaru, she is bilingual, and she has many great songs.
Blake
w00t! I guessed her first name right! It does have better lyrical quality. That's why theme songs are good in Japanese! Even with rap parts.
Zexaeon
That's because rap in Japanese still tries to maintain melody and singing-quality. It isn't talking to a beat, like most American rap I've heard.

iCherry
I hate nearly every song of English Rap I've ever heard. There's a few exceptions. Like some songs I heard from SA2B(+Rep if you figure out what this is.) and Libra Me.
