Shiranui
Well, my OCG is probably awful in these two, but I couldn't resist the idea of making a synchro that used Judgment Dragon. The initial idea grew into two different cards each being kind of the opposite of each other; one being offensive, the other defensive but both are powerful in their own ways. I know they're probably OP'd but they have to be if they use Judgment Dragon. Effect1 Tuner + 1 "Judgment Dragon"When this card is Synchro Summoned, add 1 Tuner monster from your Deck to your hand. This card's Battle Position cannot be changed. This card cannot be destroyed by battle and any Battle Damage inflicted to both players become 0 except if this card attacked directly. When this card destroys a monster your opponent controls, your opponent takes damage equal to the number of cards in both Graveyards x 200. During each of your End Phases, send the top 6 cards of your Deck to the Graveyard. If you sent more than 10 cards to the Graveyard during your End Phase, you can select 1 card that your opponent controls or 1 card in your opponent's hand and remove it from play. Effect1 Tuner + 1"Judgment Dragon"When this card is Synchro Summoned, add 1 Tuner monster from your Graveyard to your hand. When this card is Summoned, it is switched to face-up Defense Position. While this card is face-up on the field, it is unaffected by your opponent's card effects. During your Main Phase 1, you can pay 1000 Life Points to skip both players next Battle Phase. During your Draw Phase, if you cannot draw a card, you win the Duel. During each of your End Phases, add the top 5 cards of your Graveyard to your Deck and shuffle it.

Flash Flyer - Sakura
I like the effects, but using Judgment Dragon basically limits you to using a LV2 tuner to summon this card. Anyway, 8/10 (I like the 2nd one though)
Shiranui
Yeah I was wondering if that was too limiting but I wasn't sure how to balance out the effects. Maybe I should raise their level by 1...
Penguinsoldier191
yeah, what tuner did you have in mind in the first place, plaguespreader?

Frozen Judgment
Yes, Plague would be the obvious choice for these.

Archelaus
OCG FIXES: 1)When this card is Synchro Summoned, add 1 Tuner monster from your Deck to your hand. 2)When this card is Synchro Summoned, add 1 Tuner monster from your Graveyard to your hand. Cards are a bit strange. An OU pic too.8.7/
Shiranui
Yeah, I knew it was an overused pic but when I saw it languishing in my pic folder, I instantly thought of the idea. Thank you so much for the OCG fixes and ratings :D
