For the most part Disloyal Blaster is balanced except for one

 

The Blaster tokens you need to put restrictions on them. Yes they only last for 1 turn, but that's still enough time to use them for synchro summoning

Destroy all "Blaster Tokens" during at the end of your Battle Phase.

For the new card you already know I love the pic ^^! Your OCG is good and it's Effect is great ^^! It's well balanced but that last part about the Blaster Token seems just crammed in for long effect sake o-o but I can see how it can be helpful to some Decks (I.E. Panter Warrior).

For the imp card, Its image again you know i like ^^

 

But it's effect's OCG is bleh :[ but I get the jist and it's a good effect. It works both ways which fits the name ^^.

it's actually an indirect control switching effect^^ because when the control of Blaster changes, you can attack Blaster with the summoned token to gain control of him again;)

nice, a change of heart gone mad effect for a specific group of monsters

 

But you balanced it, unlike Change of Heart, and I see the OCG just fine the way it is, so I'll give it 9.4/10
