Guest JoshIcy
Lets bring you all into the change. And if the mods talk, apologies if your posts are ignored as we discuss it. But it will still be visible as it's everyone's business. So, we wanna do something with AoC. Since it has so much potential. And my idea is that we make it a "Custom Cards General Section". So that you won't have to deal with the drama of the rest of the sections in order to prevent anything from cascading and keeping Custom Cards as pure as possible; while giving people that relief they need. Lets hear what you have to say. And please, no opinion is wrong (directly anyway). Sploda
Everyone knows that Member card centers go to the AoC section. Well I suggest that we put in a sub-section like the finished sets section in Realistic cards or the 1 on 1 contest section under contests. IMO this will help a great deal in making the AoC section much more appealing.
J-Max
Much better to discuss it here. My first suggestion would be to bring the Joke Card Topic back. Bloodrun made a mistake moving it as it helped to reduce the clutter cause by 9999 cards etc. Another suggestion would be to make this the "Home Base" If we feel satisfied that the card is worthy of a place in Realistic we could easily move it there. To me AoC would be a much more relaxing section that allows the members to explore new ideas without the threat of being ripped apart in Realistic. J-Max
Hmmm maybe not. I was just thinking of making it more fun for members and allow them to feel rewarded if we like the card and class it as Realistic. I'm still all for the Joke Card topic though. So what if members get Posts for it, it will reduce the Spam.

Section sticky. Now threads will be posted there for a limited time, before being taken down and having to reapply. this allows other threads to get a chance in the spot light. I think this would work for AoC too.

Sploda
@bagonok now your just spamming. Its great that you like the Ideas, but unless you have anything to add, would you kindly stop posting? Now qith regards to the Joke Card threads, I agree that they should be moved back here. But under a sub-section, it would help lower Spamming and flamming.

Sploda
@J-MaxHe has done alot of Any Other. He has come up with several Archtypes/sub-types/fake types.Deustodo had several Ideas for improving AoC, you might wnat to give him a PM. On the Topic of Fake types, since people rate them down, I propose a sub-section for Fake types. It prevents people from down rating them because the entire section would be full of them. But as a member of the FTA (Fake Type Alliance if you haven't heard of us) thats just my opinion.
J-Max
Fake Types are more then worthy to belong in Any Other. My Field Chibi's would never have been what they are today if it wasn't for me posting them up in Any Other with the Fairy/Field Type. It gave me the confidence boost I needed to make them official. Some members wouldn't think a Angel is a Fairy so using the Angel Type in AoC is Ok with me.
Junk Raver
When you said "The General of Custom Cards" i think i get it. AoC is still seen, even by members in this topic as a place that member and joke cards are placed, they and others, dont even realise this section could produce so much more. Cards often with not so good OCG / images are posted here, cards that need help, this section could offer just that. Card help threads, OCG threads, image posting threads, could all be posted here as they are still to do with cards, it would give it a more general feel, and if the help is in this section, it will recieve more visitors. Community projects could also be set up here, such as a Master Collection etc.etc. Also why not have this as a Pre-Realistic section. Too often are we seeing members attack and abuse other members for card errors in R-Cards, if we have this as a Pre-section, members who are unsure of card errors can post their cards here first, get them corrected, then post the corrected versions in R-Cards, it would stop abuse in R-Cards & Leave space for proper reviews, also it would give this section more of a boost and draw more people in here, especially those that like to help. Sploda
@J-MaxI'm glad you agree. I made the Inventor-Type and they don't fall into any of the real Types. So of course I had to post them here. Like you said Fake Types belong in the AoC section, and as such should not be down rated. But again that is just my FTA rambling. If we could get a Fake Type section though, that would be great.@Junk RaverI agree with that Idea completely. A pre-Realistic Section would be great. The feeling of knowing that you can post a card here with no worries of backlash would be a Godsend. Also listing the Various Guides and stuff would be great for members who are just starting to get better at Card Making to touch up their skills. I'm sure we have 100'sof members that have loads of potential but are afraid to face RC.
