Kocrow17
Destiny Draw. Pot of Greed. Allure of Darkness. There are so few excellent cards out there that let you flip through your deck until you get the cards you need. Not to mention there is a lot more bad than good. [ EXAMPLE REMOVED. My ignorance in choosing the first unconventional draw card I could think of has drawn away from the purpose of this topic. My apologies] So let's here it. All of it. Every bad draw-themed card. (Gift of Greed is already expected...)
CrabHelmet
Wait a minute, you're saying that Convert Contact is bad because it gives you an extra themed Foolish to go with the +0 draw? Next you'll be saying that Solar Recharge is bad because it makes you lose cards from your deck.
Azuh
Convert Contact is actually not to bad. The only problem is that you need an empty field to use it. If Neo-Spacians are played right, they have great synergy and can actually mill the deck to a decent amount
Dad
I'm confused by the first bit of your post. Are you saying D-Draw is bad? >.
GenzoTheHarpist
Covert Contact is awesome; D-Draw + Foolish = one of the best draw cards for any archetype. We've seen in Junk and Debris that neo spacians can form a quite adequate draw and synchro engine that can power CS and DAD.
Kocrow17
No, I am not saying D-Draw is bad. <_< Alright, so I was taking the effect out of context when I said Convert Contact was throwing away a Neo-Spacian. I was just trying to come up with a quick example for this thread. Dammit, I knew I should have ragged on Guard Penalty instead. :P Covert Contact is awesome; D-Draw + Foolish = one of the best draw cards for any archetype. We've seen in Junk and Debris that neo spacians can form a quite adequate draw and synchro engine that can power CS and DAD.Wasn't aware of the Synchro potential of the Neo-Spacians. I left the game just before the Lightsworn cards came out and am just now returning.
Guest Chaos Pudding
I'm confused by what you mean when you say "bad". Do you actually mean "unplayable"?
Toffee.
@TC:The Wc09 verson of Magical Mallet is an example of "Terrible Draw Power" Since the way the game has ben programmed, your almost ALWAYS going to re-draw one of the cards you added to the deck. Darkest Hour
Card of Safe Return ruins the game. So does it constitute as horrible?
Kocrow17
I'm confused by what you mean when you say "bad". Do you actually mean "unplayable"?Not necessarily unplayable. The card could simply be outclassed by another or just be too situational.
Rose
There are maybe 10 or so good draw cards, something like that, some are decent and some are just plain dumb.
RyanAtlus
Jar of Greed is horrible. Was that what you meant?
Kocrow17
Situational or what :??Not for Amnael' date=' apparently. :P Jar of Greed is horrible. Was that what you meant?I like Jar of Greed. I guess the mistake I made when starting this thread was not establishing what a "terrible draw power" card is, so it's left to the opinion of the poster to distinguish the cards. So I guess just post draw cards you think are bad or just don't like.
Tempest Dahlia
Destructive draw is terrible.Gladiator return too.
daboss144
Situational or what :?? Almost standard in some cosmos builds...
GenzoTheHarpist
Oh yeah, GB Torax is the worst in terms of drawing.
daboss144
Actually, there is a torax combo I saw at regionals that allows you to continuously circle through your deck with torax... drawing like, 3 a turn with it or something like that. However, it is very, very situational so yes... bad card is bad.
