Apparently they've not been in Japan, only during the synchro cat era. Spy will be used when the next set comes out due to that cool new exiled force type gravekeeper monster. I think he deserves some love too. + even if it needs a Tribute it makes up for it by Special Summoning 1 Gravekeeper from the Graveyard. Gravekeepers are fun.
