Basically Heavy Storm+Dark Hole+ Plus discarding 5 cards from your hand. Really doesn't seem to be that great of a card, but for some reason I decieded to ask the question, WHAT USE DOES THIS CARD HAVE!?!?!?!?! Both are totally worthless in the deck as it is. While this is a worse card in general, it makes no difference in Diamond Dude builds, does it? While the chances of activating it without Diamond Dude's effect topdecking it is slim, at least this CAN be activated. So it has a very slim, usually worthless positive in comparison. Surely they have a high advantage with this card, due to when they're discarded, even for a cost, they're Special Summoned to the field. Synchro for one of the Synchro Monsters (Can't recall who it is.) And during your turn you get to draw two cards, thus putting you easily back in the game.
