burnpsy
Not a chance. Raigeki kills only your opponent. Tell me, aside from abusing Sangan and co, would you activate this when you had monsters out? In fact, the possible abuse of that is another reason why it's on par with Raigeki. Seriously, try to have some common sense dude. It's still a field wipe on the enemy's monsters.
cerberus21
Does it really matter? Dark Hole and Raigeki are arguably the most broken cards in the game. Broken card is broken.

Were it not for the bolded word, you would pretty much be unambiguously wrong.

RyanAtlus
There are many different point of wiew to this. If you think monsters are equal to spells and traps and that you should be able to win without monsters with cards like wave-motion cannon and final countdown or even destiny board someone could argue that this could be legal in limited amount (let's say 1 like heavy storm) since if you lose more than one card with this it's because you are willing to. That just leads to "Run finalcountdown.dek or lose!" becoming the standard' date=' which is ludicrous.[/quote'] YESH! Anyways, Larry's Solution: Destroy all Monsters on the Field. You Cannot Summon this Turn.
