Mewtwo can actually recover faster then bad cereal and buttered toast can, and he can last longer, especially seeing as bad cereal damages himself over time and buttered toast can take hits for crap. Also sausage is actually as fast as eggs, and with his already superior hitting power, it brings him up above eggs. Falcon Punch is banned in most tournies so I dont see the need to put him in a tier, but might as well.
