Stupidly overpowered. I know Fusion Monsters are expensive and difficult to get out, but I refuse to believe that "Your opponent loses all of their cards and scoops DERP DERP" is the proper way to balance out this cost.

Considering that pretty much nothing counts turns, this seems pointless, much like Pyro Clock of Destiny. Just about the only thing it works with is Final Countdown, and Final Countdown doesn't usually Fusion Summon 4000 ATK monsters.

There is a precedent. Crush Card Virus, Deck Devastation Virus, and Eradicator Epidemic Virus all destroy hand cards.

Easily. In fact it is easier to destroy cards in peoples hands than on the field nowadays. I could give you a list of all the cards but if I worked non stop to post every single card with an effect that destroys hand cards it would take at least a week, maybe more. and thats just posting the cards not finding them.
