Thats probably got to do with the fact that when the set goes up, most people post like, 20 cards at once. Now, every set I've made started out as two or three cards, for convenience. But most sets I've seen start out, the makers posted half the set as once. So, since most people don't want to sit there reading through 20 cards at once and then try to rate. type some, check which one said what, type some more, try to find the way OP'd one again so he doesn't sound stupid, blah blah blah.
