Once per turn, during your Main Phase you can pay 1000 Life Points for this cards ATK to become 2000 until the End Phase. If this card is destroyed, this card's controller takes damage equal to the ATK of this card. Pretty simple, yet far to backfiring. If he does do that, then he has to put, "This effect can be used during either players' turn." He didn't state that. (If a monster with an A-Counter battles an "Alien" monster, it loses 300 ATK and DEF for each A-Counter during damage calculation only.) Once per turn, you can place 2 A-Counters on this card. During your Standby Phase, you can distribute A-Counters among your opponent's face-up monsters equal to the amount of A-Counters on this card. Remove A-Counters from this card equal to the amount of A-Counters you distributed among your opponent's face-up monsters. This card cannot declare an attack if you distributed 4 or more A-Counters among your opponent's face-up monsters. Once per turn, by discarding 1 "Alien" monster, you can flip 1 of your opponent's face-down Defense Position monsters face-up. If you control a face-up "Alien Chaos Machine, Azaryll", you can select 1 face-up monster your opponent controls with 3 or more A-Counters and take control of the selected monster until the End Phase of the turn. Thus, he had the first part correct. so like this"Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can gain 300 Life Points for each card in your hand. If this card is destroyed, it is removed from play." I'm more leaning towards "Once per turn during your Main Phase, gain 300 Life Points for each card in your hand. If this card would be destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, it is removed from play instead." If the "Once per turn" has a Phase specified, the comma only goes after the Phase specified, not after "Once per turn". As for the whole removed from play thing, I'm pretty sure it's OCG but it's just from memory since I'm being lazy today. Should be right though, just sayin'.
