everlasting Posted December 26, 2009 Report Share Posted December 26, 2009 ho-oh and cebili are okay. ho - oh seems...lacking (effect wise) for the orginal "big-time" legendary, and cebili seems a little ( a very little ) Op'ed, because it can't really be destroyed, unless it gets removed from play. these two cards get a 8.8/10 from me. Graveyard isn't in play But in celibi's effect, it returns to the field after three turns, and if it can't, you can summon it next turn because its on top of the deck.
