Killey Posted January 27, 2010 Report Share Posted January 27, 2010 This guy was primarily useful for the random discard effect that 2nd effect was good many formats ago but milling your opponents deck is more beneficial to your opponent than yourself. With that being said X-Saber Airbellum ended up being this guy's replacement with 1600 ATK the discard effect (thought limited to direct attacks) and a whole plethora of support cards that can SS him from the Deck or Grave. Now, it's terrible. 1400 ATK is out of the question unless it's strong-effected. The effect isn't good compared to the OP'ed cards of today. A great card falls in a matter of years. Such a shame. Such a great shame. Don Zaloog is a mere manifestation of the time arising in several years when Stardusts and Judgements will be littered among the streets like scrap, and kids gather around a child who's got a LV-20 card. None would even remember about the "fail card" Don Zaloog, which once gave thousands of children pleasure to win with a OP'ed LV 4 Criminal. The world we know will soon fall ground.
