MarbleZone
I'm afraid the selective milling needs to go. Being able to send whichever monsters you want to the Graveyard (easily accessible), thinning the Deck and simultaneously cleaning the opponent's field for no cost at all is something a Lv4 1950 body shouldn't be able to do ever. Yankee
Not really. I see like..2 people saying it's not overpowered..and everybody else saying this is horribly overpowered... It isn't horribly overpowered' date=' just need need to change a few things. Maybe just something with how it does the damage.[/quote'] No, it's horribly overpowered..for now.How is this NOT horribly overpowered? You have a one sided field nuke that entirely works against the main point of your Deck and can hugely harm your win condition that is LV 4, meaning you can play it any timehas 1950 attack, putting higher than almost all level 4 monsters, and high enough that it's effect won't take too much to work...AND it's effect works any time it's summoned.. And thus it is more balanced. Like I said, maybe twiddling some numbers by 100/200, or capping how many you can send/restricting it to Normal Summon, but the concept is balanced IMO. ROFLSo your relying on just one deck to prove a point..?Uh..noYou do know that there would be decks made for this..right? Like..it woulden't even be too hard..DX Sad day, I know. Guest Zeonark
I think its fine the way it is. :) So does other people. But some others beg to differ. Limiting it to a Normal Summon would be a bit better. Though I could pull a Monster Reincarnation combo if this guy gets destroyed to redo it's effect. Good luck fixing it Icy, because I don't have any more suggestions. >_>

There is not a large number of runnable Fish, Coel would still remain the major Fish Deck and would just use this as a second ace. If an entirely new Coel variant emerged that could use this more effectively, then all the better, variety is the spice of life.

Saturn of Elemia
The image is awesome. Unfortunately, the balance is HORRIBLY OVERPOWERED (like most people have already suggested). Good thing there isn't a Chimeratech Overdragon card for Fish - or this thing would be IDEAL. (Hint hint for idea) If you adjust the amount, then it might get better. I wonder why this thing isn't also treated as a Zombie-Type monster (since the image looks like one and its 0 DEF screams Zombie to me) It just needs touching up. I'll give it a 8/10 (due to the balance and minor OCG)
Guest Zeonark
I think its fine the way it is' date=' because no one in a regional tournament and up, plays a fish deck. :)[/quote'] That doesn't mean one couldn't show up. usetheforcehan
My Suggestion: Great White Mako ShredderThis card can only be Summoned by using 1 Fish-Type and 1 Zombie-Type monster as Tribute Materials, you can send any number of Fish-Type monsters from your Deck to the Graveyard and decrease the ATK of all monsters your opponents controls by 500 for every Fish-Type monsters that is sent this way. As long as this card remains on the field, destroy a monster if its ATK is decrease to 0. Or make it a Level 6 Fusion Monster.
Guest JoshIcy
It was originally a zombie lol. But I didnt like that idea, and it keeps the Zombie Homage with the 0 DEF.

-Griffin
How about changing it to "up to x" (probably 3) and the ATK reduction to 300 or 400? That sounds decent IMO. It works as a good, solid card, and I really don't think it needs much changing from its current form.

archie17
When this card is Summoned, you can send any number of Fish-Type Monsters from your Deck to the graveyard. Then, decrease the ATK of all monsters on your Opponents field by 500 x the number sent. While this card is on the field, if a Monsters ATK would be reduced to 0, send it to the graveyard. Overpowered BIG TIME. Just fill your Deck with all Fish-Type monsters, you would then have more than enough ammo to constantly nuke your opponent's field. Granted you would be thinning your Deck out, but just pop a 60 card fish deck to compensate that. I actually like the concept, the only problem is the bolded part. I think it should be changed from your Graveyard to Removed From Play, or from your hand to Removed From Play to make it more balanced. -Good Concept Mechanic-Bad Manner of how it works. Overall 7.2/
