Blakeasirda
Okay finally got through all of the comments... only skipping a few. Okay in my opinion the card is not underpowered in any way shape or form. It is overpowered galore. I would build a deck around this card and kill off all my opponents monsters after summoning a few strong guys of mmy own.BUT the concept for it is great. I love it! the picture is amazing! Icy you outdid yourself with this! You have gotten everyone debating on the card and I am very impressed. My opinion on how to balance this card out is to add a level to it. That way you need a tribute and it is harder to get out. Rating:Balance 1.5/3Grammar: (from what I remember) 2.5/3Originality: 2.5/2 (First time ever on an originality extra)Art: 3/2Total 9.5/10Afterword: This is the most original card I have seen to date. Guest Ixigo
If this card had 1500 ATK, it would make Exodia decks funny. Not better, but funny.
-Griffin
When this card is Summoned' date=' you can send any number of Fish-Type Monsters [b']from your Deck[/b] to the graveyard. Then, decrease the ATK of all monsters on your Opponents field by 500 x the number sent. While this card is on the field, if a Monsters ATK would be reduced to 0, send it to the graveyard. Overpowered BIG TIME. Just fill your Deck with all Fish-Type monsters, you would then have more than enough ammo to constantly nuke your opponent's field. Granted you would be thinning your Deck out, but just pop a 60 card fish deck to compensate that. I actually like the concept, the only problem is the bolded part. I think it should be changed from your Graveyard to Removed From Play, or from your hand to Removed From Play to make it more balanced. -Good Concept Mechanic-Bad Manner of how it works. Overall 7.2/10 So you're saying to run a pretty awful Deck that will lose almost all of the time just to use a good card 3 times a duel? Why not just use Lightning Vortex in a Deck that doesn't have to run Fish, and has better cards?Okay finally got through all of the comments... only skipping a few. If Fish monster were incredibly powerful, then yes, this would've been overpowered. But since Fishes don't have that many good cards, this is fine. My point was that you should have mentioned nothing BUT T-Roar or Mirror Force - Sak Armour is an awful card and by citing it you're further proving your lack of knowledge of the TCG. Magic Cylinder is actually used by the Your Deck and TCG sections to point out when people are using awful cards because it's bad and a lot of newbs think it's a decent card. And anyone that uses equips in a WATER Deck will be building a bad Deck. As a fairly competitive duelist, I can tell you that you probably need a lecture on the TCG if you seriously want to comment on cards being balanced in it. -Griffin
And anyone that uses equips in a WATER Deck will be building a bad Deck.I use a few equips and my deck is perfectly fine. Post it in Your Deck and some of the first fixes will probably involve removing them.
Guest Zeonark
I am going to a pm with my conversation with you sir. Why? Icy wanted discussion/debate. Now he got it and he's not even in it. Kinda sleepy atm' date=' and this is more Griffin's thing anyway. We made this card together *points to name credit*, so Griffin can handle it.[/quote'] Still. You helped. I just find it funny that you're nowhere in this debate. xD And anyone that uses equips in a WATER Deck will be building a bad Deck.I use a few equips and my deck is perfectly fine. Post it in Your Deck and some of the first fixes will probably involve removing them. Gah. But I want them in there anyway. ;~; OT: Griffin's still right. You'd have to run certain decks to have this become overpowered. So...both sides are right. In short.

I pmed him because I felt he disrespected me... not debated on the card. his last post directed to me was about me being a newb in dueling and my reply had no place on the thread. Now if we can get back to the topic on hand.... I still feel the card is overpowered.I am going to a pm with my conversation with you sir. Why? Icy wanted discussion/debate. You have a point. the way I would run it it is overpowered the way he runs it it is balanced... though still quite abusable.
-DG-
seems a tad OP'd. maybe lower the ATK or make it a 5 star?
usetheforcehan
Okay lets say that you have a fourty card deck. Out of the fourty cards there are 20 monsters. All of those monsters are WATER attribute. Lets say that 10 of said monsters are fish. The others can be sea serpents' date=' aqua, heck there are ever WATER attributed dragons. the strongest card in means of attack I have EVER seen was 5000 attack. [b']but five of the ten fish in your deck you can lower a 5000 attack monster down to 2500 attack, very managable for some sea serpent monsters.[/b] now you have your spells. Add some spells that power up WATER attributes. Field spells equip spells. then add some protection.now for your traps add some protective traps, things to negate attacks... that sort of thing. I would say you have a good deck that this card is OP in I agree with the guy/miss above. With the Deck build with this card as a spearhead, that could be a terrifying Fish Deck. At this current card version, this card can easily be Summoned on the field. If Icy would change its Summoning process, (can only be Tribute Summoned, use 3 Tribute Material monsters, etc) then this card will become balanced. Well it is up to Icy now. ;)

I don't think it will become UP'd if we only change the Summoning process (the decrease ATK and destroy 0 ATK monster effects is not changed). It's just make this card harder to Summon. If this card can easily be Summoned to the field, then player can easily spam the field with it (Monster Reborn, etc). And that would make this card OP'd. Like i say it's up to Icy (and where the heaven is he/she?).
