If you mean if this card fits it's equipping requirements then it wont be needed since you have a choice to equip it and if you know that the said equip was for Spellcasters only then you know this effect will not apply to it. Killey Posted February 4, 2010 Report Share Posted February 4, 2010 The point Griffin and I are trying to get across in this thread and many other threads and the point that many people in the RC section seem to miss is how a created card here impacts how the game is played today and how it may impact it in the future. Not everyone takes that stance when judging cards and there entitled to their opinions but we are also entitled to ours. At the very least I'll take the time to explain my criticisms even if they are harsh. I'm not directing this comment to CC but in general as a card creator you need to take in that criticism regardless if it's harsh or not and learn from it after wards. Getting defensive about it after wards does nothing in the end. I'm not accusing anyone of anything here but it's just a word of advice to everyone. Every time a TCG/OCG pack is released and everyone here creates their threads about an individual card from that pack it's pretty much being rated along the same lines as here. If you read the comments in those threads that are rating the card on how it impacts the deck types that are used today and how it impacts the game in the future. A lot of the times the cards released in these packs are very bad and will get such comments and there are a ton of reasoning that goes along with that. Like Blackwing Treasure got nerfed to the point where everyone commented on how useless the card is now. It's just a view point I take when I judge cards here because I treat the card as if this was an actual card where could it fit in and how I can make a strategy based on this card. Everyone's criteria for judging cards is different. I know I'm 10x harsher in judging cards then most people here but I try to spend the time to justify my decision. If I get viewed as a jack ass for those comments then so be it. Not everyone is going to like what I say that's just the nature of things. Although, I have limitations in building a deck with their cards it can sometimes be clear cut that the card itself may not be all that useful because it has strict limitations in its applications or combos with other cards. I took that approach with this card and made my review based on that. Until someone can prove to me otherwise I'll stand by my decisions. Just want to make clear that this post is not a response to what CC said but the general misunderstandings and heated defenses between both sides.
