I don't know if the OCG is correct or if the effect is understandable, but basically it means that if Summon this card and it survives your opponent's turn, then the continuous effect will kick in. But you could use this shorter effect instead: Place 1 Larvae Counter on this card during each End Phase (max 2). Remove 2 counters from this card You can Tribute this card with 2 Larvae Counters on it to Special Summon 2 "Larvae" monsters from your Deck in face-up Defense Position or face-down Defense Position. This effect can only be activated once as long as this card is face-up on the field. Let's call the counters as "Larvae Counters". This way, people can think on cards that put "Larvae Counters" which would work with this card. Link to comment
