Banned : Dark Armed Dragon - I don't have one, so I approve this.Brionac Of The Ice Boundary - I don't have one, so I approve this.Magical Explosion - Why? Only deck I ever saw this in was an FTK that only got off 5% of the time. Limited : Infernity Necromancer - Seeing as Infernity's gonna be the new top tier, this is expected.Goblin Zombie - I approve.Judgment Dragon - I DEFINITELY APPROVE.Tsukuyomi - Do you realize how long I have been waiting for this? Seriously, fingers crossed that Witch comes back.Necroface - I can see why, to be honest.Mezuki - I approve.Burial From Another Dimension - With all the Necro Gardna recycling bullcrap, I totally approve.Charge Of The Light Brigade - THANK YOU, KONAMI.Allure Of Darkness - I actually feel good about this seeing as a friend of mine borrowed and lost my second allure and I didn't wanna recreate a DARK deck without the max copies.Crush Card Virus - Seeing as this kills BW and LS, I like this. However, I don't like the fact that it actually HELPS zombies. Semi-Limited : Honest - Kinda bummed at this one, but what can you do?Card Trooper - Meh.Gladiator Beast Bestiari - WHYYYY!? Why couldn't it have stayed at 1!?Black Whirlwind - I approve of this, though it'd be better at 1.Solar Recharge - Same as Black Whirlwind.Solemn Judgement - Umm... didn't people only ever run 2 anyway? Why did this come down?Gravity Bind - So what's March's theme, huh? Stall / Mill decks? FML. Unlimited : Chaos Sorcerer - Meh.Mind Master - Finally, Psychics actually get a chance to shine.Mind Crush - Wow that's old. Also, where the hell was it last format? I could have used it to be like "You're playing LS and you have a 5 card hand? I call JD."Dewloren - This is a HUGE mistake. Trust me, September '10, this is going to 1.Ultimate Offering - ...and this brings Monarchs back.Magical Stone Excavation - I... have very mixed feelings about this card. It is very abusable.Charge Of The Light Brigade - STUPID STUPID STUPID!!!! Limit Lumina, with lumina at 1, this isn't broken, and Lightsworn are still very usable.Allure Of Darkness - Stupid, it's splashable yes. But it isn't at all broken. Especially with necroface at 1.Crush Card Virus - WHAT!!!! Is Konami High? This doesn't make any since at all. Don't they remember the format when this was legal? And with like, 10000000 copies out, it'll be the most broken format ever. Semi-Limited : Honest - Unneccesary, but I guess that it's okay. At 2 it's still runnable, and doesn't really hurt fairies. I would rather this be at 3 and have lightsworn get hit a bit harder.Card Trooper - This will be very fun. Once again, would be less abusable if LS had gotten hit harder.Gladiator Beast Bestiari - Well, Glad players (like me) are happy, although I wish they would have semid Gyzarus so people couldn't complain about its brokenness.Black Whirlwind - Doesn't hurt BW's at all. Stupid idea.Solar Recharge - What?! Terribad idea. HIT THE LS MONSTERS HARDER AND THE SUPPORT CAN STAY!!!!!!Solemn Judgement - This should be at either 3 or 0. But I can't complain, I'm glad it's back.Gravity Bind - Stupid.... It's more annoying than broken. Should be banned for its pure annoying-ness. Unlimited : Chaos Sorcerer - Oh geez, the age of chaos has returned. I'm stocking up on my envoys now.Mind Master - Eh, should have stayed at 3, the OTK is far too inconsistant to be a problem.Mind Crush - Um... Okay, I guess I can now side more of them in??? I'm not excited about it.Dewloren - Whatever... not a huge problem.Ultimate Offering - Terrible Idea, but it helps my Gila-turbo sooooo much :) I know that's a horrible reason. Sorry, I'm a moron.... But DAD doesn't deserve to be banned with JD at 1. DAD and JD are both overpowered and both deserve a ban, but Konami Logic dictates that since JD is archetype specific whereas DAD is not, they would leave it limited.
