Worst Card Effect Deck

Hi there, I was going to build a deck centered around turning the worst card effects into the best card effects, and i was just wondering... what IS the worst card effect.

(has to be a real card not a fake one). :D:D:D

Both of those cards are playable in their own deck, and Jar of Greed is far from the worst.

If you wanted to make the worst deck ever, just make a deck of 60 NOMI's that have conditions that CANNOT be performed, regardless of their location in game and what your opponent has or does because you did not include any of the cards required to summon them.

Well, the point of the deck is to take some of the worst effect monsters and ATTEMPT to make them useable. Not just straight up make a fail deck.

Your doing it wrong.

 

TC is talking about cards who have effects that either result in alot of -1s, or are just way too underpowered for a high cost.

Gambler of Legend. You could get supporter cards that let you re-flip coins or something.

 

Just incase for those of you who don't know, here is its effect:

 

Once per turn, you can toss a coin 3 times and apply the appropriate effect:

-3 Heads: Destroy all monsters your opponent controlls.

-2 Heads: Discard 1 random card from your opponent's hand.

-1 Head: Destroy 1 card you control.

-3 Tails: Discard your entire Hand.

You know, I think this Bad Effects Deck is already in the designing minds of many people. It runs Mind Crusher and Brain Crusher King and attempts to inflict damage using their effects.
