玄魔の王
...is Mystical Refpanel, AKA Spirit's Mirror Seirei no KagamiNormal TrapActivate only when a Spell Card that affects 1 player is activated. The effect of that Spell Card is negated, and then its effect is applied to the other player. So, does this old card have any real use in the modern game if it comes here soon? evilfusion
It only affects spells that affect the PLAYER, not a card, so that's good against...what? Hinotama? I don't quite get how the card works. Do draw cards like Trade-In trigger this?

Great Unclean One: VK
I was expecting moar Spirit support.... This is not that good, I hardly can think of any cards except Hinotama.
VolTama
Doesn't Final Countdown only affect a player?

Sephiroth_The_Legend
coulda swore this was spirit support.. but if it works against draw cards, then very easily playable.
daboss144
Lol at playing this against final countdown. Opp: -2000 LP You: Win in 20 Turns.
玄魔の王
Use against draw power for +1s? In the case of D-Draw or Trade-In' date=' it's +3 actually. My opponent = -2 (play, discard)Me = -1 (playing this)Me = +2 (Draw 2 cards)---------------------Me = +3 Lol at playing this against final countdown. Opp: -2000 LP You: Win in 20 Turns. I think that would work. So, yeah. That literally has no downside.
Dr. Cakey
So this could actually turn out to be fairly useful. I guess it would be nice if it was a Counter Trap...anyway, it could be experimented with. You could also use it to reverse your own cards that would give your opponent an advantage. I can't think of any off the top of my head, though. P.S. What the hell is a "refpanel" anyway?
TheTurtleOnceCalledGod
So wait, you lose the cost of the activation of the spell card? Therefore, the opponent has to pay the cost, but you get the benefit? Could see use, but probably not worth a space in most decks. Would be fun though. Sephiroth_The_Legend
easily worth the space considering the benefits.. its limitable if thats the case. it can be far to easily abused considering it has no cost assosciated with it. ~/Coolio Prime\~
This seems like interesting anti-meta, specifically against draw engines. Does… *Opponent discards a Destiny Hero and activates D-Draw**You activate this card, and draw 2 instead*+3 advantage that and other such combos work? shadowferret
I remember when I first heard of this card when I was a wee deuling lad, I thought you could use it against stuffs like Raigeki and Harpie's Feather Duster. T.T I still love it, though. I'll steal your Destiny Draw, your Allure Of Darkness, your Solar Recharge.......actually, I can't think of anything else you could use it against other than Draw and Burn Spells. =/

shadowferret
Technically, Lightning Vortex targets your opponent's field. And Dark Core targets one monster. So noes, unfortunately. T_T
