Anyways, they're probably not Machine to stop Scrap Recycler from being useful within its own archetype. Otherwise, they'd all be LV4 Machines. I mean, you play 3 of the same Synchro... You could easily add Symbol of Heritage at that point, and proceed to get multiple scrap dragons with other revival like CotH and the two Synchro-only CotH-like cards.
