Both players Tribute Summon DARK monsters with 1 less Tribute than required. If you Tribute Summon this card by Tributing only DARK monsters, remove from play up to 2 cards your opponent controls. Once per turn, you can remove from play 2 DARK monsters in your Graveyard to return all Set cards on the field to their owner's hand. If this card is removed from play, destroy all Set cards on the field.

This card's Attribute is also treated as WATER while in your hand or Deck. As long as this card is in your hand, once per turn, during your Draw Phase, Summon 1 "Night Wing Token" (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 100/DEF 0) to your Spell & Trap Card Zone. "Night Wing Tokens" are treated as Continuous Spell Cards during the turn they are Summoned. You cannot Set any Spell or Trap Cards as long as there is a "Night Wing Token" in your Spell & Trap Card Zone. "Night Wing Tokens" cannot be targeted by the effects of Spell or Trap Cards your opponent controls. When this card is Summoned, destroy all "Night Wing Tokens" on the field. If this card attacks a monster your opponent controls with a DEF of 1800 or more, you can destroy the monster with this card's effect without applying Damage Calculation. Each time this effect is used, place 1 Sonar Night Counter on it (max. 12). This card loses 100 ATK for each Sonar Night Counter on it. If this card has 12 Sonar Night Counters on it, this card's ATK is treated as 0. This card cannot attack or change Battle Positions. If this card is removed from the field with 12 Sonar Night Counters on it, it is sent to the Graveyard.

I vote for Wero-vasto cuz dark simorgh of ancestry has a great effect (since dark counterparts always have a similar effect as their original verions) and the pic is fitting best!

 

Gravesnal [...] has too many negative effects what makes him quite UPed, I think...

I think Machop's card isn't UP'd. This is really balanced card.

The bad effects are:

-the summoning of these nightwing-tokens which prevent you from setting cards.

-Each time the only good effect is used, he loses 100ATK cuz of the sonar counters.

-With 12 of these Sonar Counters it has only 0 ATK.

-It cannot attack or change Battle Positions.

 

The good effect would be to destroy a monster you attack but because of the effect that it cannot attack at all, it is also useless...

 

So I couldn't imagine to use this card... At least the image is awesome.

This card cannot be changed to battle position if this card have 0 ATK. That's effect is prevent people destroying this card

I vote for wero-vasto

 

The effect is interesting: It greatly helps those high-level DARKs while having the ability of clearing the field of Set cards.

 

Machop's card, on the other hand, I can't find the purpose of some of its effects:

Why is it treated as WATER? It is not even Level 5 so he cannot gain advantage from Legendary Ocean.

Why would someone fill his Spell/Trap zones with useless tokens that also prevent your from Setting cards? Which is the strategy behind it? As I see it, it is only harmful, except for the effects Hammon or "Dragon Queen of Tragic Endings".

The monster has an effect that activates when it destroy monster by battle. However, the effect later states that the monster cannot attack so... how can you activate the previous effect?

The last effect is just pointless: Chances are that if the monster is removed from the field, it will be send to the Graveyard, unless your opponent returns it to your hand or removes it from play. And I bet this card would be destroyed before it gets 12 counters so this last effect would be hardly applied, anyways.
