Didn't "Super Conductor Tyranno" broke it way before? And it is an Effect Monster, too. I think nowadays, with the current meta, Level 8 Vanillas should be able to have +3000 ATK so they can compete against those Effect Monsters which can be Summoned way too easily while having high ATK (DaD, JD, etc.)

for the ritual, fiend-type should be Fiend-Type

 

plus at 3500 base atk, that's enough for a lv8, no need to boost it higher. You want to keep the 500 atk boost (because it'll include itself), lower its base atk to around the 2800 mark or something

 

special summoned should be Special Summoned

 

change may to can, graveyard to Graveyard, sacrifice to Tribute
