I like it, It doesn't have any drawbacks, but its not really insanely powerful to the point thay it would need them, either. I would even go so far as to remove the burn damage and change it from requiring Genesis to any level 5 or higher Vampire monster. It's too much of a dead draw chance otherwise. Just change it to this (Doesn't really change anything, just timing) Activate only if you control a face-up "Vampire Genesis". Special Summon 1 "Vampire" monster from your Graveyard and inflict damage to your opponent equal to it's ATK. Afterward, Declare 1 card type (Monster, Spell or Trap). Your opponent selects 1 card of that type from their Deck and sends it to the Graveyard.
