Well here are all of my cards, I hope they are good enough, but you'll never know.

Select 1 face-up Fiend, or Aqua-Type monster on the field to add 1 Field Spell Card from your Deck to your hand. That monster's ATK is now treated as 2600. Destroy the selected monster during the End Phase.

You can only activate this card by removing 1 Aqua, and 1 Fiend-Type monster from your side of the field from play. Once per turn, by removing 1 Aqua, or Fiend-Type monster in your Graveyard from play, you can Special Summon 1 "Nightmare Larva Token" (Aqua-Type/DARK/Level 3/ATK 0/DEF 1600) to your side of the field.

Activate only when you control 1 or more face-up Aqua-Type monster and 1 or more face-up Fiend-Type monster: select 1 of them. That monster gains 600 ATK and gains 1 additional attack for each other Aqua, or Fiend-Type monster you control. Other Aqua, or Fiend-Type monsters you control cannot attack this turn.

Decrease the ATK and DEF of all non-Aqua, or Fiend-Type monster Summoned to the field by 300. Each time a monster is send to the Graveyard, place 1 Sludge Counter on this card (Max 6). When you control at least 1 face-up Aqua-Type monster and 1 face-up Fiend-Type monster, you can remove 3 Sludge Counters from this card to Special Summon 1 monster from either players Graveyard to your side of the field in face-up Defence Position. The Summoned monster is Treated as a DARK Aqua-Type monster and cannot attack or change its position.

1 Aqua-Type monster + 1 Fiend-Type monster

This card can only be Special Summoned from the Extra Deck by sending the above monsters on the field to the Graveyard. (You do not use "Polymerization".) This card's Level is equal to the combined Levels of the monster used to Special Summon this card (when the combined Levels would exceed 12, this cards Level is treated as 12). This card's ATK is equal to its Level x 300. Once per turn, during your End Phase, if you did not Summon or Set a monster this turn, you can Special Summon 1 Aqua, or Fiend-Type monster from your Graveyard to your side of the field.

Note: I gave this card a Level of 1, becouse otherwise it could be abused easily.

Select 1 face-up Aqua-Type monster and 1 face-up Fiend-Type monster. The controller of this card can change the battle position of your opponent's monster and can also select your opponent's attack targets. When 1 of the selected monsters are removed from the field, destroy this card.

Thanks to both of you, eloquent or not.

Argh... My horribly irritating conscience prevents me from not telling you an error I just noticed I made.

In "Winged Cowl of Light and Wind", it says "The ATK of the first selected monster equals its ATK - the attack of the second selected monster." which technically can make the attack of the first selected monster negatice infinity. It was supposed to read "The ATK of the first selected monster equals its original ATK - the original attack of the second selected monster."

After seeing the competition, my task looks harder still.

I don't think anybody has realised how tricky it is to make a card which supports Sea Serpents and Plants...

Or even cared :P


My Sea Serpent/Plant entries

[spoiler=Pollination Bee]

Each time a Plant-Type monster(s) is Summoned, place 1 Plant Counter on this card (max. 6). Once per turn while this card is face-up on the field, you can remove one Plant Counter from it to Special Summon one Plant with ATK less than 1600 from your hand, deck or graveyard. When this card is destroyed and sent to the graveyard, move as many Plant Counters as possible onto another face-up "Pollination Bee" on your side of the field.

Send one Warrior-Type monster on the field to the graveyard. Players may summon level 5 or 6 Plant-Type monsters by Normal Summon (without having to Tribute Summon). If the Warrior-Type monster sent to the graveyard by this Trap Card returns to the field, destroy this card and any level 5 or 6 Plant-Type monsters on the field.

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up. While this card is on the field, Sea Serpent-Type monsters can attack your opponent directly.

Sea Serpents gain 600 DEF. If a player Summons a monster which is not a Sea Serpent, the player flips a coin. If the result is tails, the player must pay 600 life points or return the monster to their hand.

Activate only when your opponent Normal Summons or Flip Summons a Warrior-Type monster and you have a Sea Serpent-Type monster in your hand. Pay 600 life points. Special Summon the Sea Serpent-Type monster onto the field and treat this card as an equip card which can only be equipped to a monster Special Summoned in this way. Double the equipped monster's ATK and DEF. If the Warrior-Type monster is removed from the field, return this card to your deck. If the Sea Serpent-Type monster is destroyed, remove this card from play.

 

 

[spoiler=Kelp Monster]

Each time a Plant-Type monster is summoned onto either side of the field, place one Sea Serpent Counter on this card (max. 6). This card's ATK is increased by 600 for each Sea Serpent Counter on it. While this card is face-up on the field, your opponent cannot attack any of your face-up Sea Serpent-Type monsters.

I was never any good at naming things :(

 

I am also a big fan of long and complicated effects (as shown here, esp. by Poseidon's Wrath) which means I have probably made several OCG errors along the way. =P

 

Question: I know virtually nothing. Can I edit this post later on? Which parts?

All reserves and entries prior to this post are accepted and updated on the first post.

 

Also, to clarify, it is perfectly acceptable to choose 3 types. There is no upward limit, however you should note that the more types you choose the harder it will be to mesh them together in only 6 cards.

 

Thanks to everyone who is participating so far, and here's hoping a bunch more are still to come ^_^
