darkwolf777
This should only be used once you've filled up your field with your own plants. Make this your last Summon for the turn this to prevent any surprises from appearing during the battle phase (like Gorz/Targoedia) or during the following turn (opponent Draws DAD/JD, oh ho ho) Even if it works against the Special Summoning of your standard plant deck, once you have your field situated with monsters, slapping this on the field isn't such a bad idea. I never tried putting this in any of my plant decks though to see how well that works. With Tytannial on the field, they wont be able to target Bouncer with an effect to destroy/remove it, giving your opponent a difficult wall to climb if they have something they need to Special Summon to get over what's the number of monsters on your field. Multiple destruction of course would be the next course of action and with Starlight Road generally takes care of that (or that Plant-type Solemn Judgment card, i forgot what it was, Pollinosis I think). [/thread] I'd stick with Cactus Bouncer >_> i wouldn't want to give my opponent the opportunity to negate my Special Summons if something were to happen to such a setup, especially in a Plant Deck. Cactus Bouncer is easily removed from and replaced onto the field in case you ever do need to Special Summon yourself, Royal Oppression not so much. Also if you can't get rid of your own Royal Oppression, its going to hold yourself back x.o
Toffee. Also:Togemon[/topic]Q4E This card is terrible, would be almost-good if it itself could be special summoned (like with Gigaplant or Lonefire), however, since it cannot, it stinks worse than Methanethiol (imanerdsowhat). It smells really bad, trust me.
darkwolf777
Yar that is the big downside is that it cannot be Special Summoned itself x.o;
BehindTheMask
This card is terrible. Anything that stops your own Special Summoning in a plant deck is just bad. I'd rather run Botanical Lion.

RyanAtlus
I'll defeat it with my Charmander! Go, Baby Dragon! Really needing this effect is kinda situational...maybe side material. EDIT: It would be hilarious if it had 1900 ATK!
Dark_Armed_Zombie
For once, yugioh.wikia.com did it right. Scroll to the "featured card" and read it, it's enlightening. It is a bit tricky, but I like it's control, especially since it doesn't hurt plants if you know what you're doing.

Weather Report - Stand
I love how they explained it in the 'Featured Card' article, though I still don't think that'll make me run a plant deck with it.
