The ATK ring and everything sounds like the ATK right is actually a DEF ring and ment to take quite a bit of punishment. As far as the cards go... it's too confusing for me to be able to say if the strategy is overpowered or not, though it seems like an advanced version of the Armor monsters (with less restrictions).
