As long as this card remains face-up on your side of the field neither player can summon a monster in face-down position. You can pay 1000 Life Points to flip the original ATK and DEF of this card until the end of your End Phase.(wasnt sure how to word it)EFFECT:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 LIGHT monster and 1 DARK monster. You can remove from play 1 Trap Card to destroy 1 card on the field.
