Dark_Armed_Zombie
Ok, I realize this thing is slow and situational, but I still love it so much. Makes me sad that it can't be special summoned though, would of been better if it just wasn't ss'able from the deck (to avoid Lonefire + Garden abuse). Discuss any possible uses for this trolly card. Rose
"This card cannot be Special Summoned"Killed it. It's effect however, isn't all that half bad. Extra attacks are always welcome. But why does Konami have to kill a card that could be half decent?
Great Unclean One: VK
I read somewhere that this is the Plant's version of Asura..... I kinda don't see it. It's good none the less.
Dark_Armed_Zombie
Yeah, I could see a clause stopping it being ss'd from the deck so you couldn't do Black Garden + Lonefire > Lonefire > this + ss a plant > attack for game but other than that it's fine. Canadian
Pretty sure Black Garden Halves this card's ATK as well...
darkwolf777
Pretty sure Black Garden Halves this card's ATK as well... Of course, but you could still set it instead. With 1200 DEF, an opponent's monster under the effects of Black Garden would've needed over 2400 ATK before it was halved. I only put 1 in my Black Garden deck and even then, i don't ever use it or seem to need it, so I might take it out.
Toffee.
My guess is the fact that it cant be Special Summoned is because of its effect. How it GAINS AN ADDITIONAL ATTACK AT THE START OF THE BATTLE PHASE.So like if they had a field of 0DEF plant tokens, and then you ran them over with like Assura Priest(or something), Rose Tenticles would STILL be able to attack 5 times. ...... ......... I think I might be on to something.

If the number of Plants changes' date=' the number of attacks "Rose Tentacles" can perform doesn’t change.[1'] I like that it's ruled as such because by the wording it could have been "this can attack so many extra times at the beginning of the battle phase" but it's not :3 I've been wanting to troll with this, thank you Arm, thank you
Coffee Black
I'll state the obvious and say DNA Surgery. Of course, I don't know other Plants that profit from Surgery, how useful would that be?

Dark_Armed_Zombie
And Ivy Shackles is a +0 since you draw a card once it's destroyed after it's activated

Now the only issue is it's attack power, which shouldn't be hard to solve. Rose Tentacles can work out; of course it might be a little slow, but whatever. Dark_Armed_Zombie
Thorn of Malice can help, sure the monsters isn't destroyed for the 300 burn, but you add 600 to the first attack, 1200 to the second, and 1800 to the third, if their attack can be reduced that much. Also, if you can stall for a turn, you can just as many times as before.
