Cheating FTW!

Formulas? I don't really think so. Formulas are just bare-bones equations, they don't actually provide answers, only the means to get them. In England, Formulas are printed on the first page of exam booklets to remind people what they are.

In America, it would be considered cheating (probably).

In England, it wouldn't. So I don't think it is.

On state exams in the US, they normally do give formulas. Mainly because memorizing fifty formulas is useless, and bears no resemblance to anything you'd do in real life.

And I've done my fair share of cheating, although not overly.

I'll bet everyone's cheated in at least some way at least once in their life.

The worst I've done is win a duel by a misunderstanding of a ruling. Can't think of anything else I've ever cheated on, intentionally or otherwise.

In Math tests, all kids should be allowed to have their book open. They're not getting the answers, they're figuring out how to do the answers. There's so many formulas and rules to remember.

It's like cooking. Do we cook food without a cookbook or some sort of instructions without remembering? No.

Agreed. But my parents and grandparents and just about every adult in my family cook without a book or instructions.
