OT: This card is slightly above Brio, but Debris Shield Wing for it is good. Good effect too.

Or use it as Foolish Burial - search out Phalanx and drop it if one already exists in your hand.

Which is why its so epin. Its either a "discard 1 dragunity to add one from your deck to your hand", or a foolish.

I've been wanting to try something like this in WC10, seeing as they can work towards simorgh and this is a good card to send vayu to the grave.

Most of the time, i would use it as foolsih more than anything.
