In WC09 and WC08 (possibly WC10, too), you can use Soldier to add Soldier and 1 opponent's card to the hand. But not IRL :(

It'd be awesome if we got some more penguin cards. I think bouncing is really the best thing going for them. I mean, only 4 penguins is barely an archtype.

 

I want something like this:

 

Rockhopper Penguin

[Effect] 6 Stars | WATER | Aqua-Type | 2500 ATK | 1800 DEF

"Penguin" isnt exactly an archtype. Though it would be interesting if Konami made some random Spell/Traps that can class them as one.

 

Oh, and I found that same Prinny comic while I was making a Prinny Fsjal on Spore.

You can always do that, so long as the Penguin Soldier you're trying to return to your hand wasn't destroyed by battle.

Penguin Soldier is sexy. I've been trying to decide if Nightmare Penguin is useful in a WATER deck or not. The question is, how much does the bounced card and +200 ATK help? Obviously it's better than, say, Hane-Hane, but is it good enough?

You can always do that, so long as the Penguin Soldier you're trying to return to your hand wasn't destroyed by battle.

WC09and08 let you do it if it is destroyed by battle.

Or at least 08 does..........

When this card is Summoned, select 1 monster in your Graveyard with "Penguin" in it's card name. Remove the selected monster from play and destroy 1 card your opponent controls. Once per turn, you can send 1 card from your hand to destroy 1 card on the field. That card's controller then draws 1 card.
