But Mass driver is almost an identical substitute. I'm sorry, what? A fixed 400 LP burner is equal to a 200 x lvl LP burner? Lies and slander. There's no strongest banned card, they're all strong. Each gives unquestionable (bar a few) advantage to whoever uses them. Thats why their banned and rightly so.
