If this was at 1, Frogs would rejoice since they have Treeborn and Ronintoadin to abuse this with. We would most likely see the rise of some sort of Exodia Frog deck that actually worked.

Imperial Iron Wall + Quillbolt Hedgehog + Deep Sea Diva

Diva ---> summon Diva --> summon 3 quillbolts from grave (3 draws), synchro ---> bring back quillbolts (3 more draws) --> synchro again

 

All of a sudden, Deep Sea Diva can get you 6 draws.

Treeborn can't revive itself if you have a s/t out.

 

With the massive number of cards that revive from the grave, this card is absurdly broken now. When it first came out, it wasn't worth anything, and now it's this bad.

 

Here's a hint of how broken it is now: Stardust Dragon.

 

Don't forget all the Yusei-esque cards involve resurrection. Junk Synchron. Debris Dragon. All the zombie support. Etc. It's so easy to gain so much advantage now.

Also, there are about 6-7 cards that need PSZ. Those only need 1.
