rust machine-is crappy unless your deck revolves around seeing your opponents cards(espa roba) or anti-machine deck or your opponent runs a machine deck

the others are swarm/synchro summon

not that much of hard nerfing actually the only really cheap card is Ice Age Panic.....whose Effect should read.

 

Activate only when you hand no card in hand and you control no cards. Special Summon 1 WATER monster from your Deck.

 

Ice Mirror and Freezing of God are the most balanced...and Frog Resurrection may be an equip....or restricted to level 3 o lower monsters...

 

Also.........COMMON THIS WOULD PUT WATER ON A PAIR WITH DARK IN SUPPORT QUALITY!!!!!!!!!!!

Water got some support in recent collections, but not something to turn it into top level decks. At least water fun decks are even funnier than before. I am still in love with my Deepsea, my first holo. I wish someday I get all the cards I need to make a deck around it...

Err... generic -1 makes me feel queasy. However, I'd probably use it in some high level water deck with Ice Age Panic and Trade In.

It's fun how Mother Grizzly is rarely put in by 3's. Most of the time 0 or 1.

@Armz: I only recall 2 good WATER dragons...White Night and Blizzard..

 

And yes Frog resurrection is that cheap unless they rule it so you can't get back the same monster you discraded....IDK

 

@Pika: Fair enough...I actually don't like frogs that much neither...because everyone is...well you know what I mean, it becoming meta and all and the stupid OTKs are better than anything blah....
