Guest War Torn

I'm in the mood for a 1v1. It's been a while, but I'm sure my old cards can do it for me.

Rules:

1. Must be a level 4 monster

2. It can be any type

3. It can be any attribute

4. It must have an effect

5. First person to 7 votes or whoever has more votes by May 20th wins

6. Winner gets 3 Reps from the Loser

[spoiler=Striker9211's Card]285869w.jpg

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 1 Reptile-Type monster from your Graveyard. When this card attacks, if the attacked monster is in face-down Defence Position, destroy it without flipping it face-up. When this card is destroyed by battle, select 1 monster your opponent controls and decrease its ATK by 100 for each monster your opponent controls.

[spoiler=~Evergreen~'s Card]269856g.jpg

Activate only when a opponents monster is removed from play, pay 500 life points to remove 5 cards on the field from play, all monster cards removed from play in this way are immediately turned to spell cards, summon up to 5 monster cards with less than 5000 ATK from your deck to the field depending on how many spell cards in the removed from play zone, reduce the level of all monsters summoned in this way by 5, if the level of a monster is reduced to 0 by this effect destroy it, reduce the ATK of all monsters summoned in this way by their level x 1500. Every turn you must destroy all monsters on your opponents side of the field, if you cannot do this you lose 1500 life points.

Striker's card is Reptile-specific version of "The Rock Spirit" with additional effects. I like. Could be used with "Venoms" and "Reptiallianes". A couple of OCG errors around the attacking effect (See "Paladin of Dragon" for the correct wording). But, overall, very good.

Evergreen's card is, frankly, a mess. An RFP Mill deck could use any of the "Nobleman" cards, "Dark Core" or the RFP Traps (even the staple "Bottomless Trap Hole") to fulfill the activation conditions. Then you RFP 5 cards at a cost of 100 LP each (compared to the compulsory discard of the other RFP staples) and Special Summon a range of monsters that lose 5 Levels and also ATK equal to their new Level x 1500. (So any high-DEF monster like "The Creator" becomes a Level 3 with no ATK, but still 3000 DEF) The English and the OCG is a complete disaster and I'm not even sure I've understood the effect correctly. (Plus there's that bizarre effect that copies the "Crystal Beasts" but then doesn't resolve itself. Also, with "Macro Cosmos", there will be a number of Spells in the RFP Zone anyway.)

I vote for Striker because of an interesting effect, readable (as in understandable) lore and an effect that actually makes sense.
