Eibon1307 Posted June 5, 2010 Report Share Posted June 5, 2010 I'm running some toons in one of my Taditional decks and even with Mystic Tomato, Sangan, and other cards that let me not only deck search but give me the chance to shuffle so I have a decent shot of getting them to the top of my deck, it is still hard to get them out. You need to have a deck built specifically for them, have it stacked with search and shuffle cards, and have the deck stacked with cards like Magic Reflector, MST, and tons of counters. But even then, you'll still be down on luck if they are using a newer deck with cards like Horus 8 or tons of Synchros with Spell/Trap negating effects.... For toons, Relinquished, and Black Luster Soldier to work, you need special decks for them, and you need to be playing in Traditional so you get to use now banned cards. I play Black Luster Soldier in my Yugi-themed deck, but I will never use that for tourney. The only other Rituals I use are Demise and The Masked Beast. I have Ritual Buster and other cards that protect my Ritual Spell cards. But once again, Traditional format only. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
