True but the extremely limited utility of it just isn't worth an inclusion. I'm trying something with Limiter Overload and Statue of the Wicked but with Card Breaker only interacting with Limiter Overload, it just isn't worth utilizing in my idea. And that annoys me a lot about some cards. They're lolz in their original effects, but stripping them of that effect makes them pure garbage.
