Second effect could be done with threatening roar which is nice. Too bad only one could be used at a time (imagine spamming 3 o_O)WC10 uses it as monarch fodder. Use this>Quickdraw>Any random Normal Summon (optional)>Drill Warrior>Attacks directly>Opponent gets card returned at the end of turn = Fun +0? But he isn't, so he is just not. I can see him being run in fun decks, but he has no place in the competitive game.
