evilfusion Posted June 13, 2010 Report Share Posted June 13, 2010 Yes, you can use one Fusion Substitute monster on him, such as King of the Swamp + Sparkman. Unless the card says "A Fusion Summon of this card can only be performed using the above Fusion Material Monsters", you're permitted to use a Fusion Substitute like the Hex-Sealed Fusions.
