Well, we never know. Konami just might release effect monster versions of the legendary dragons. The Yugioh Wikia says effect versions of Obelisk The Tormentor and The Winged Dragon Of Ra have already been released. Konami could make the effects of the legendary dragons something like they could remove from play one card in your graveyard once per duel and gain that cards effect for one turn and it could be used during any turn.
