He messes with the Carbon in his skin, making it as weak as charcoal (On Father) or as hard as diamond. One use to turn it on, one to turn it off. Typically Ken these days. When things get tough I use Ken(Possessed) for an extra boost. When I Ascend via Transition, your screwed unless your uber strong and not wanking.
