Lothar was not much of a villian, yes comedic villians can work but not comic relief villians, the relief means a lot. If the villian was this straight out badass who took nothing seriously because he can AFFORD TO then it's different from just a villian who is stupid. Joker is former, Lothar is latter. However despite that I did enjoy most power ranger shows and really only stopped cause I stopped watching Tv. I liked what I saw of mystic force and jungle fury.
