Powerforce, I have a question.

 

Would a card with this exact effect:

Percentage Mind -Field Spell-

Once per turn if a player activates the effect of a monster card that requires a coin toss, you can Remove from play 1 DARK Machine-Type "Dragon" monster from your deck to choose the result of the coin toss(es). When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon 1 DARK Machine-Type "Dragon" monster from your hand or Deck.

Be a little overpowered with a card like this:

Gundober Dragon -DARK-

Lvl4

[Machine/Effect]

When this card is Normal Summoned, you can toss a coin 3 times. If all 3 results are heads, draw 3 cards. If any of the results are tails, destroy this card and you take 1000 points of damage.

I tried to put a santa hat on it. But the low-grade, free, online graphics thing I use seems to have trouble simply rotating a simple picture. So the santa had wouldn't sit right on the character's head.
