Guest Dark-Azkrin666
Pharaohs TreasureCard Type: Normal TrapEffect:After activation, put this card face-up in your Deck ans shuffle it. When you draw this card, it is immediately sent to the Graveyard. Then add 1 card from your Graveyard (except this card) to your hand.this is one of my all time fav. traps. I run it with my [Traditional Format]Exchange of the Spirit DeckThis trap is very old and came out the pack Pharaonic Gurdian. Around the time "Don Zaloog" and his gang came about[Disc]
Sleepy
Cat of Ill Omen is all I can think of to make this more or less viable. By itself its too slow and you don't really know when you are going to draw it unless you cheat.By itself, its a -1. I actually tried to use it at some point, but wan't that great at doing it :/

burnpsy
well if your running "Exchange of the Spirit" this is viable Wrong. You win before getting a chance to play this if you're running EotS.

You win before getting a chance to play this if you're running EotS.not necessarily because you could lose your win condition, this along with a few other cards help get it back. My EotS build is a bit different then most EotS decks.

Pharaoh's Treasure must be drawn back for it to activate and give you something. Exchange of the Spirit would only put it directly from your Deck to the Graveyard. Also, Exchange of the Spirit is a banned card....

EotS decks use alot of drawing cards so it would go like this:Discard Makyura > Activate this > Draw cards > draw this > send it to graveyard > get back your Pot of Greed or Whatever > continue and its a trad deck

I also stated running 2 of these so if you get one in your grave you will have another one for later and or for EotS. Its there to get your win condition back and prevent from decking out. How ever that doesn't mean this is just for EotS, over all its a decent card if used right. Only real flaw i see with it is it has to be drawn so pick up is a bit of a let down for it but at least you still get it.
Sleepy
You are telling me you don't have a concrete combo for using it. You just use it as it says, activate> wait to draw it> draw it> use its effect and then it is naturally sent to the Grave> use exchange of the spirit to put it back in the Deck> wait to draw it> go back to step 1. sorry I forgot about the "traditional" word in the first post xD Still, I don't think that's too great =/how long does it take you to even draw it again? EDIT:Exchange of the Spirit is a "win condition" card, using it once should be enough to win, why do you want to get your win condition back? Plus its kinda amusing you keep switching out just to switch again your opponents gonna be like WTF. Also as Cypress stated you can use it for your PoG or CoD "Reckless Greed(if used MtD)" or other such draw cards. And of course Sence your running EotS based deck your going to go through cards fast so its not really that hard to get back
Dr. Cakey
If you're using Exchange of the Spirit, why haven't you already won? There's no reason for you to "lose" it, amd there's no way for your opponent to counter. On the other hand, I've never played Traditional (aside from running 1 Monster Reborn, etc.). Otherwise, A Feather of the Phoenix does it better. And that's terrible.
